We understand that in today's economic climate every dollar counts. By maintaining a low overhead and focusing on a handful of practice areas Ms. Ritchey is able to charge competitive and reasonable hourly rates and/or lower retainers when applicable.  When an initial retainer is required, consideration will be given on a case by case basis as to the anticipated complexity of the case.  If your case is less complex or there are less issues than a typical case of the same kind, then you will save money by not being subject to the arbitrary rates commonly charged by attorneys across the board for similar services.  In some cases, we also offer flat fees for legal services.  We challenge you to find a better value for legal services in the jurisdiction.  In some cases, fees will be contingent on the outcome of the case.  For divorce cases, we also offer various low cost packages with varying degrees of attorney involvement depending on your needs.  All packages include the security of having a consultation with a licensed divorce attorney and documents prepared by an attorney.  Please click on the Divorce tab on the home screen for package details.
