Amy Ritchey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2003. In 2007, Amy graduated from Stetson University College of Law and became a member of the Florida Bar Association.  She served as a Certified Legal Intern Attorney for the Pinellas County Public Defender's Office and as an Intern Attorney for the St. Lucie County Public Defender's Office before entering private practice.  Amy Ritchey has experience in  workers' compensation, criminal law, divorce cases, estate planning including the drafting of wills and trusts, living wills, and powers of attorney, probate, and with the drafting of contracts, agreements, and waivers of liability, particularly in equine law.  

Amy Ritchey believes in taking the time to understand each client's unique situation and specific needs. She is thorough, focused and detail oriented.  She is resourceful and believes in thorough research, investigation, and discovery in each case.  Amy represents clients in civil court, administrative hearings, criminal prosecutions, and family court.
